Led technical direction and coordination across departments. Oversaw 3D print testing, including use of the Massivit 1800 Pro, CNC design, and attachment system development.

Programmed large-format 5-axis operations to produce compound-angle elements and co-developed proprietary mounting and installation systems.

Reconfigured shop infrastructure and scaled workforce, including freelance and union teams, to maintain continuity under sustained rework conditions.
