• Built and ran sequential 2,000- and 5,000-unit CNC programs; owned programming, quoting, purchasing, staffing, QC, two-shift coordination, and final CEO reporting, completing both programs on schedule.

• Reduced a key lathe cycle from approximately 6.5 to 2.5 minutes per part - about a 62% reduction in cycle time - and designed a balanced machining cell that maintained approximately 85% active operator utilization.

• Trained six CNC operators, eight QC inspectors, two support personnel, and one backup supervisor; implemented inspection and rework controls that helped reduce overall failure from approximately 15% to 8%.

• Evaluated, justified, installed, commissioned, and trained process improvements including a parts catcher and FlexArm tapping system, reducing manual post-coating retapping time by an observed estimate of up to 70%.

• Scheduled crews and daily calls, led safety meetings, approved purchases, invoices, rentals, and vendor selections, coordinated an eight-person IATSE installation crew and production changeover, and delivered five performances on schedule and under budget for the materials and union labor.

• Developed and secured Dean-level approval for an additional $9,639.30 in capital purchases through technical comparison, sole-source justification, and competitive vendor quotes; led full strike, expense, and postmortem reconciliation.

• Coordinated the Draftsman and Lead Carpenter across a 12-plus-person shop team delivering a two-story wood-and-steel scenic structure, hard portal, curved drop, custom orchestra-pit extension, and venue-specific rigging.

• Designed and calculated a 28-point rigging package, led installation, and conducted detailed venue surveys that prevented vertical-clearance conflicts and established accurate hardware, pulley-transfer, and trim-chain requirements before load-in.

• Produced 100+ AutoCAD 3D fabrication plates for “Ariadne auf Naxos”, including plans, sections, elevations, details, assemblies, and cut lists for 16-foot-plus rolling scenery, portals, and decking; incorporated TD, faculty, and shop-floor revisions through final fabrication.

• Led a three-person carpentry crew through fabrication, load-in, and strike for Middletown, establishing daily work plans and reports while overseeing seating risers, scenic flooring, rolling units, masking, and four large dead-hung drops.

• Served as sole PAC sound engineer within a multi-venue summer season supporting 20+ overlapping productions; designed and mixed plays, musicals, concerts, and chamber events; individually miked 12-16 performers per show, managed 16 wireless channels, and executed daily and same-day changeovers.
