Coordinated with design, PM, and senior leadership to translate intent into fabrication. Led technical review across all elements and designed the bag wall. Fabricated custom wall assemblies and machined positives for vacuum-formed panels. Conducted site surveys as required.

Structured a distributed production model, integrating external vacuum forming and multiple install teams. Developed custom attachment solutions, secured engineering stamps, and sequenced overnight installations to meet store constraints.

Maintained continuity across design, fabrication, and install under compressed timelines, ensuring alignment between shop output and field execution.
