Delivered window display elements for Louis Vuitton holiday installations.
Coordinated with external vendors for large-format printed animal elements. Oversaw design and production of lightweight crates, and advised on structural assembly methods. Graphics, paint, and mold shops were primary production drivers.
Work executed alongside independent PMs and department leads. Project informed the acquisition of an industrial SLA printing capability based on outsourcing cost and scale.
